Yummy energy smoothieย
This is my way of making my little anti-fruits fighters eat some fruits and get some good nutrition
Ingredients:
1 banana
1 dragon fruit (or mango or dates or whatever you like ๐)
2 tablespoons oats
1 cup of vegetable milk
Ice as you wish
Preparation:
Put everything in the blender and enjoy ๐
Highly recommended to put the fruits in fridge before making the smoothie.
