Healthy vegan smoothie

Yummy energy smoothieย 

This is my way of making my little anti-fruits fighters eat some fruits and get some good nutrition

Ingredients: 

1 banana

1 dragon fruit (or mango or dates or whatever you like ๐Ÿ˜‹)

2 tablespoons oats 

1 cup of vegetable milk 

Ice as you wish

Preparation:

Put everything in the blender and enjoy ๐Ÿ˜‰ 

Highly recommended to put the fruits in fridge before making the smoothie.
