Chocolate chips Falafel cookies

This is the best yummiest recipe I have for a gluten free dessert! It’s so yummy that my aunt that doesn’t eat anything can’t stop eating them!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups coconut chips
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil (liquid)
  • 2 tablespoons applesauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoonΒ salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 170Β°C.
  • Mix all the ingredients except the chocolate, then add the chocolate chips and stir into a solid dough.
  • Create balls with a tablespoon, roll into a firm ball shape and place on baking pan with a parchment paper.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Important! wait for the cookies to completely chill before eating or moving them.
  • Store the cookies in a sealed box in the fridge (up to a week).
