Garlic bread

The most delicious garlic bread, my kids keep asking me to make it.
So this is the second recipe I’m happily sharing with you 🙏🏻❤️

Ingredients:

3 cups white flour 

1 tablespoon dry yeast 

2 tablespoons sugar 

1 cup water

1/4 cup olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

Garlic mix: 1/3 cup olive oil + 2 teaspoons crashed garlic + 1 tablespoon chopped parsley or culentra 

Preparation:

In a bowl mix flour with sugar and yeast. 

Add oil and salt and continue to mix.

Pour water gradually and start kneading until there is a solid dough. 

If the dough is too sticky add flour and if it’s too stiff add water.

Place the dough in a big bowl and cover with a towel, let it rest in a warm place for hour – hour and a half, until it doubles its volume.

Divide the dough into 7 equal balls. Take a round baking pan 24cm diameter. Place 6 balls around the pan and one in the middle.

Cover with a towel again for 20 minutes.

Turn on the oven on 180 degrees (Celsius).

Mix the garlic mixture and pour 2/3 of it on top of the dough balls.

Insert the pan to the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden-brown.

Take the pan out of the oven and brush the bread with the rest of the garlic mixture.

Let the bread cool down and enjoy 🙏🏻
