Homemade vegan chocolate
This is such a great snack! So easy to make, with only 3 ingredients, and so chocolatey and delicious! It saves me now with the sweet cravings I get this pregnancy.
I usually don’t eat chocolate very often but now with the hormones I guess I need it more…
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of a good quality cocoa powder
- 1 cup of cold pressed coconut oil
- 6-8 tablespoons of sugar-free maple syrup
- recommended additions you can add: nuts, peanuts, cranberries, peanut butter and whatever you like 🙂

Instructions:
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Pour into an ice mold
- Put in the freezer for at least 6-8 hours (best to leave it overnight).
