Chocolate chips Falafel cookies
This is the best yummiest recipe I have for a gluten free dessert! It’s so yummy that my aunt that doesn’t eat anything can’t stop eating them!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups coconut chips
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (liquid)
- 2 tablespoons applesauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 170°C.
- Mix all the ingredients except the chocolate, then add the chocolate chips and stir into a solid dough.
- Create balls with a tablespoon, roll into a firm ball shape and place on baking pan with a parchment paper.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Important! wait for the cookies to completely chill before eating or moving them.
- Store the cookies in a sealed box in the fridge (up to a week).
